When creating a vehicle listing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use only photos that you own or have permission to use
  • Not list vehicles that are stolen, illegal, or prohibited
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers

5. Transactions

SEVEN RPM is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller, and SEVEN RPM is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from transactions.

6. Fees and Payments

Some features of our platform may require payment. All fees are clearly displayed before you complete a transaction. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SEVEN RPM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEVEN RPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms
